The Property Litigation Team at Warners Solicitors has recently been ranked as one of the top teams in the Southeast by the Legal 500. We are a busy and growing team, and we are currently looking to recruit a talented and motivated Property Litigation Lawyer to join us in our Tonbridge office.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a member of our proactive team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of property litigation matters, including Landlord and Tenant issues, and other property-related disputes. You will provide high-quality legal advice to clients, assist with managing caseloads, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.

Key Requirements:

• PQE: 1.5 to 2 years
• Strong experience in Property Litigation, including Landlord and Tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload.
• A client-focused approach with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced tax practitioner with qualifications (ATT level) to join our private client department?

As an associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Tax Manager with tax, trust and estate accounts, tax returns and tax planning. Including advice for high-net-worth families and trusts.

The role is varied and includes tax compliance for wealthy families, individuals, and trusts. Additionally, you will work on CGT calculations on property transactions and complete estate tax returns.
