My husband, having been diagnosed with a rapid moving terminal cancer, wanted to make a new Will but due to an adverse reaction to his treatment, was ...admitted to hospital, then to a care home for rehab. We contacted Warners who were already acting for my husband on another matter, and were introduced to Gail Hall, who came to the care home to meet and speak with him and draw up a draft Will. She was excellent at ensuring my husband knew exactly what he wanted and made the whole process very easy...

Advice on updating a will and the arranging of bare trust deeds

Richard was friendly, prompt and clear in his communications and gave us very helpful advice regarding the updating of our Letters of Wishes for our W...ills. He examined paperwork associated with existing bare trusts and made recommendations for the writing of deeds and for the appointment of an additional trustee. In what follows "tenacious" was not itemised as there was never any need for tenacity.
