Warners were instructed by ELFy Apps to assist with the preparation of end user terms and conditions for their range of Apple (IOS) and Android mobile applications being launched this year to help millions of people in the UK with long term health conditions.
Warners commented: “Drafting the terms and working alongside ELFy Apps through the design and development stages in relation to their integration was an exciting project. It was necessary to balance the need to address the legal implications of providing medical advice and, particularly, vital medication reminders through a mobile app with the importance that the terms were to remain user friendly for all sectors of the population and in keeping with ELFy Apps’ brand of simplicity.”
The terms and conditions prepared by Warners will be used across ELFy Apps’ family of mobile apps which combine medication reminders and alerts, problem prevention and emergency information alongside easily accessible condition information designed to help avoid the complications and deaths among the UK’s growing population of people with long term health conditions.
