Kate has expertise in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and is mindful to treat elderly or vulnerable clients with dignity and care.
Kate is able to advise on a wide range of issues arising from the administration of estates, including estates with foreign assets, and high value estates.
She is used to preparing Deeds recording the split in ownership when a property is owned jointly.
Kate has received Dementia Friend training and is a member of the Kent Law Society.
After graduating from the University of Exeter, Kate worked as a paralegal for firms in both the South West and South East before qualifying as a solicitor in 2010. She has worked for regional practices in the South East and joined Warners in 2022.
