Tim is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team. After working for a regional firm in Croydon, Tim worked with a niche property practice in Reigate and Westerham/Oxted before joining Warners in 2018.
Tim has a broad range of commercial property experience and specialises in acting for landlords and tenants, granting of leases, lease renewals and the purchase and sale of development sites.
