Sara is a Chartered Legal Executive and advises on contentious areas of Employment law, acting for both employers and employees.
Sara has experience advising employers regarding the circumstances and process for settlement agreements and drafting appropriate agreements. She also regularly advises employees on the terms and effects of settlement agreements, providing specific advice on the potential claims they may have against their employer.
Sara has also provided employment advice to clients on potential unfair dismissal claims, breach of contract claims, discrimination claims, contractual/discretionary bonus claims, restrictive covenants, national minimum wage claims and redundancy procedures. She has supported clients through Employment Tribunal proceedings and has acted on behalf of clients at judicial mediation to resolve employment disputes.
