Warners Solicitors has appointed two new solicitors to its Family Law department and one new solicitor to its Private Client department. Cate Silvester and Keith Unger have joined the Family Law team in Sevenoaks and Tracy Sales has joined the Private Client team in Tonbridge.
Before joining Warners, Cate worked in City Law firms Lawrence Graham and Stephenson Harwood. Cate specialises in all areas of Family Law and she has experience dealing with a variety of cases relating to parental disputes over arrangements for children contact and residence for children and aspects of domestic violence. Cate is currently a magistrate in the South East and a member of the Family Panel. She is also the welfare officer for Tonbridge Athletics Club ensuring that England Athletics’ safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained in relation to coaching athletes.
Keith brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously worked for a number of well-known London solicitors and regional firms. Keith has broad experience in all areas of family law having worked exclusively in this field since 2001 and has a particular interest in children and finances ranging from cases involving modest sums to those comprising complicated, higher value assets. His expertise in these areas is recognised by his membership of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme after a rigorous selection process. The scheme is designed to identify lawyers with particular expertise and competence.
Tracy has returned to Warners after spending some time at another local regional law firm. Tracy has specialised in private client work since she qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Tracy’s experience includes advising on a wide range of estates. She is particularly skilled in advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Tracy is a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
