We onboard two trainees each September, many of whom remain with the firm post-qualification, advancing to senior roles. Several of our current partners, including Mark Davis, Matthew Aves, Kevin Sullivan, and Fiona Taylor, began their careers as trainees here.
As a trainee, you will rotate through four different departments, spending six months in each. You will collaborate closely with your supervisor and gain hands-on experience with a variety of legal issues. Our structured training includes:

We welcome applications from LPC and SQE candidates who have a 2:1 degree or higher. For SQE candidates, we require that you have passed SQE1. We offer sponsorship for the SQE2 assessment fee, subject to confirmation by our Management Board.
