Kevin Sullivan handles the corporate reorganisation of an iconic London record store.
Kevin has had contact with the people behind Rough Trade for a few years and acted for the group which had been keen to simplify its group structure for a while. Rough Trade, which began trading in 1976 in Notting Hill, has an iconic reputation in the music industry for being one of the leading outlets for new music, including bringing the punk scene to the fore in the late 1970s. There are currently two stores, one off Brick Lane and the other in Talbot Road, London.
Kevin Sullivan commented: “I was very happy to deal with the reorganisation of this legendary store, being a muso myself! The work involved the hive-up of the groups’ main businesses, its retail arm and The Album Club subscription service.”
