Warners is delighted to announce that it has kept its high ranking in the newly published Chambers HNW Guide. Three Partners from Warners’ Private Client team have been identified as ‘notable practitioners’ in the 2019 guide.

Mary Shaw is “excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable,” according to an interviewee. She handles the preparation of wills and helps clients with the administration of estates and trusts. “Mary was very competent and was able to provide sound advice on some quite complex areas. She was always on time and was able to quickly turn around work,” a source explains.
Philip Raggett regularly advises wealthy clients on trust matters and also assists with Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning. “He’s good, I know him very well. He’s an excellent tax planning lawyer and I have referred to him when we couldn’t take on a matter,” says a fellow solicitor. Another source states: “I am impressed with his knowledge of trust law and his wealth of experience.”
