Warners Solicitors is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as a legal panel firm by the NFU, the representative body for agriculture and horticulture in England and Wales.
The law firm was selected, following an intensive and robust tender process, to cover the counties of East Sussex and Kent.
Tim Ryan said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the panel and we look forward to working with the NFU and providing legal advice and support to its members. We are extremely proud of the history that we have in this sector and the long-established relationships we have built with farmers and farming families over the years.” Tim added, “The appointment comes hot on heels of the news that we have retained our top rank in both leading legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, for the second year running.”
As a panel firm Warners will work closely with the NFU and will provide its members with advice on a range of issues affecting the rural community, from shotgun and firearms licensing to boundary disputes and succession planning.
NFU South East Regional Director William White said: “We welcome the appointment of Warners Solicitors to provide specialist legal advice to our members in East Sussex and Kent. I look forward to establishing a strong relationship with the firm, as well as working with them alongside Thrings Solicitors, the other panel firm in the region to develop this association further.”
