We are committed to making our firm dementia friendly, and we’re proud to say that we’ve made significant progress. We’ve worked with the Kent Dementia Action Alliance and Tonbridge Dementia Friendly Community to train our staff on dementia awareness, and we’ve made changes to our building and practices to make it more accessible and welcoming to people with dementia.
We know that dementia is a complex and challenging condition, but we believe that everyone deserves to feel respected and included. That’s why we’re committed to creating a dementia-friendly environment in our firm.
If you own or help to run a business, we encourage you to learn more about how you can become a dementia-friendly business. The Alzheimer’s Society’s website has a wealth of resources and information, including tips on how to make your business more accessible, inclusive, and supportive of people with dementia.
We’re always looking for ways to improve, and we’re committed to making our firm a welcoming and supportive place for everyone.
We hope that by sharing our story, we can inspire other businesses to become dementia friendly. Dementia is a growing challenge, but together, we can make a difference.
